The Project ACCOUNTING Hub - Archiving and Centralized Consolidation of Online Unified Network Toward Transparency, Integrity, and Good Governance is a digital platform designed to store digitized school monitoring reports to enhance transparency in managing school fund utilization. The initiative aims to provide a user-friendly and secure online system where authorized personnel can view and track liquidation reports and download documentary requirements/accounting forms as supporting documents for liquidation purposes of expenses.
In the long run, the platform will serve as a comprehensive digital repository for all school liquidation monitoring records, accounting forms, and accounting related records. This digital archive will assist the school's newly promoted school head and newly hired non-teaching personnel, ensuring institutional continuity in accounting practices and reducing manual errors and paper use.
